How this build plays
A damage-first melee setup that keeps mana recovery and emergency protection in reserve.
The sequence is paraphrased from Mobalytics’ Ulfhednar community guide. We have not independently tested or timed this setup in-game.
Core skill priorities
Understand what each ability contributes before copying a complete rotation.
Ruinous Blow
A damage opener in the sourced PvE setup.
Rending Blow
Your recurring mana-spending press.
Overhead Slam
Plan around its prerequisites rather than using it blindly.
Keen Strike
Reintroduce it if your MP runs low.
Build around the encounter
Your party and patch determine which Stigma slot is most useful. Flexibility is part of the build.
Lunge Stance
Combat-speed oriented option.
Zikel’s Blessing
Offensive support option.
Rage Burst
Part of the Overhead Slam sequence.
Blade Toss / Lifestealing Blade / Focused Block
Choose team utility, sustain or protection for the encounter.
Fight plan & rotation
- 01
Check the group's tank assignment before the pull.
- 02
Open with your damage buffs; use the required action that prepares Overhead Slam.
- 03
Cycle your heavy attacks while watching mana. Return to Keen Strike when needed.
- 04
Use block and defensive cooldowns for mechanics rather than treating this as a pure damage class.
Verify before you commit
- ✧Confirm names and specializations against your own Global character screen.
- ✧Do not copy a level-specific rotation before unlocking its required skill nodes.
- ✧Compare the source's PvE damage setup with your actual party role.
